One citizen, one entrepreneur, one land owner, one building, one project, one neighborhood, one organization, one city, one county, one region, one day at a time. We start with what we have. We imagine how to make it better. We act on what we believe with a strategy using all of the legal, analytical and communication tools available. We find friends. We build relationships. We look for examples. We listen. We teach. We learn. We collaborate. We stand up for our values and beliefs and are not afraid to go to court if need be. We celebrate our victories and learn from our failures and the victories and failures of others. We persevere. We provide services in land use, environmental and real estate law, local & regional planning practice and policy advocacy with a commitment to contribute to a more just and sustainable future.
